The Journal of Dependence Modelling in Finance, Insurance and Demography (JDMFID) is a founding open-access scholarly journal created to support high-quality research on dependence structures in complex risk systems. The journal welcomes methodological, computational and applied contributions that improve the modelling, forecasting and interpretation of dependence in finance, insurance, actuarial science, demography, survival analysis and related fields.

The mission of the journal is to provide a transparent, open-access and academically rigorous outlet for research on dependence modelling and its applications to risk, insurance, survival, longevity and demographic analytics.
Founding Phase
The journal is currently in its founding phase. During this stage, the journal is building its publication workflow, reviewer network, editorial policies, article archive, issue structure and future indexing readiness.

The journal provides open access to published articles. During the founding phase, the journal does not charge submission fees, publication fees or article processing charges.
